History
The story starts with a poor little boy named Alex Orbito, living in remote areas of the Philippines who constantly dreamt of a Pyramid. Although he had not seen nor heard about the Pyramids of Egypt, his entire life would be driven by this powerful vision: a Pyramid filled with radiant Light connecting everyone with the divine source.
This boy grew up to become Reverend Alex L. Orbito, a world renowned spiritual healer whose reputation and healing capacities quickly spread across all continents. Numerous scientific, holistic and spiritual books, articles and filmed documentaries have been dedicated to him and his healing mission. His work gained wider recognition when actress and best-selling author Shirley MacLaine described her personal and life-changing experiences with Alex Orbito in her book, Going Within. Solicited by a wide range of people including head of states and celebrities, he remains humble realizing he is only an instrument of God´s power.
As of today, he has traveled to more than 70 countries across the world, having treated over a million people who seek his help through spiritual healing. Several decades ago, Rev. Alex Orbito received spiritual guidance to seek for a holy cave on which entrance he stumbled in 1967. The Santo Rosario Cave later became a place where Rev. Alex Orbito brought groups of people for contemplation, meditation and baptism, particularly on Good Friday.
Over the years, many visitors have received spiritual guidance inside the Cave, clearly feeling the presence of Beings of Light, and receiving messages, especially from the Spirit called “White Lady” or the “Lady of Light”. During these visits, the “White Lady” repetitively asked Rev. Alex Orbito to build a Pyramid for Light next to the holy cave to allow its light to spread across the earth. For this reason, the Pyramid for Light Foundation was founded in the Philippines in 2006 to create a non-profit and humanitarian basis for this work in service of higher realms. The year 2009 marked the starting point of the Pyramid for Light and during Good Friday, under the light of the Full Moon, participants walked in a Light Procession from the Cave to the surrounding fields. Each one placed a glowing white candle in the ground, together marking out a Pyramid of Light which formed the shape of a giant heart.
During this same year, the Divine Designers Team (DD team) was formed, a diverse group of 4 experts from different continents, cultures and professional backgrounds who didn´t know each other before. Their competences turned out to be very complimentary and together they designed the Pyramid for Light combining divine guidance with sacred geometry, geo-biology, local eco-expertise and modern architectural technology. The real construction phase started in April 2011 after the contract signing with the local architectural and construction partners. An extremely challenging task lay ahead: to build the Pyramid for Light in a difficult accessible forest area, a tight schedule of 6 months during the rainy season, multi-lingual and multi-cultural volunteer teams, collective decision-making and a limited budget from charitable donations. During these intense months facing all types of obstacles, the White Lady kept repeating the same message:

With gratitude to the omnipresent divine guidance and the unified and selfless work of the many volunteer teams from across the world, the Pyramid for Light was finished just in time for its inauguration on 11.11.11.
