Local consultant & construction supervision: ACO Consulting Engineering
Architecture: Philippine Green Building Council (PHGBC) and Ecotektonica Inc. (ECOT)
Contractor: MCL Construction Company Inc.
Construction Start Date: May 2, 2011
End of Contract: October 28, 2011

PROGRESS:

Weather: partly cloudy with some showers

Mobilization of the contractor MCL on site and entire clean-up of the location:
– Preparation onsite and access
– Installation of its field office and equipment : completed by 90%
– Clean-up works of the land for parking, road and Pyramid site, completed by 20%.
The intention now is to accelerate this part of the work, particularly at the site of the Pyramid.
– Clarifications made with Ing. Penular on the re-positioning of the parking, roads and toilets / showers.
– The elevation plans of the site will be provided by ACO to MCL to properly complete the entire clean-up and prepration of the land.
– The electrical connection will be installed whereby the local electric company does not allow for an underground connection, but only for an overhead connection.
– Notice made by consultant to MCL on safety workers and quality control work.

TRAVEAUX ACCOMPLIS :

Terrassements et accès
– Mobilisation de l’entrepreneur MCL sur le site et travaux de nettoyage pour la localisation de ses bureaux et équipements – réalisation à 90 %
– Début des travaux de nettoyage du terrain pour le stationnement, la route et la Pyramide – réalisation à 20 %.
– L’intention est maintenant d’accélérer cette partie des travaux, particulièrement sur le site de la Pyramide.

– Précisions faites avec Ing. Penular sur le repositionnement de l’entrée du stationnement, de la route et des toilettes/douches. Les plans d’élévation du site doivent être fournis à MCL par ACO pour qu’ils puissent bien terminer tout le nettoyage du terrain.
– Connexion électrique : La connexion en électricité reste à faire. La coopérative locale d’électricité ne permettrait pas de connexion souterraine.
– Avis donné par le consultant à MCL concernant la sécurité des travailleurs et le contrôle de qualité des travaux.
