2 ) Completed tasks:

– Preparation of steel bars and excavation work for foundation in progress for both Pyramid and Chakra stations
– No progress in the cleanup of ground, cutting and leveling due to continuous rains
– Bulldozer works to clear the rocks blocking at the entrance to the parking
– Progress in the schematic electrical installation to be the wiring overhead and not underground from the village
– Inspection before delivery of all materials by the consultant (sand and gravel for concrete, aggregates, rebar steel …) to allow better testing of samples before delivery on site. MCL request for validation tests are performed as required by the contract. It was understood that these tests will be done by the University Cordellerra (BCF) and Baguio testing laboratories, with letters of request and confirmation.
– Each shop drawings and construction method for each activity shall be submitted to consultant before the start of the implementation work: cutting steel bars for the foundation of the pyramid, etc.
– Application of MCL to post the signs and the work area with privacy fence.

Avancement des travaux
Mobilisation = 75 %, avec 28 employés et maître d’œuvre

Nettoyage, coupe et nivellement du terrain = de 20-35 % pour la route, le stationnement et les toilettes, et de 85-90 % pour la Pyramide et chemin des Chakras
Excavation de la Pyramide = 35 %

Travaux accomplis
– Préparation des barres d’acier et travail d’excavation pour les fondations: Pyramide et stations de Chakras
– Peu d’avancement dans les travaux de nettoyage de terrain, coupe et nivelage dû à la pluie continuelle
– Travail de bulldozer pour dégager les roches bloquant l’entrée au stationnement
– Avancement dans le schéma de l’installation électrique qui sera hors terre et non souterraine en provenance du village
– Arrêt des livraisons de matériaux par le consultant (sable et gravelle pour béton, agrégats, barres d’armature en acier…) pour permettre une meilleur inspection d’échantillons AVANT livraison. Demande faite à MCL pour que des tests de validation soient effectués tels que requis par le contrat. Il a été entendu que ces tests seront faits par l’Université Cordellerra (BCF) et Baguio testing laboratories, avec lettres de demande et confirmation.
– Demande du consultant à MCL que les dessins d’atelier et méthodes de construction pour chaque activité soient soumis avant le début des travaux d’implantation: coupe des barres d’acier pour la fondation de la Pyramide, etc
– Demande à MCL de procéder à l’affichage et signalisation de la zone des travaux avec clôture de protection.
